Join this friendly new group to get you out of the house, connect with other parents/carers and meet future playmates for your little ones.
In the first hour, Caroline our qualified personal trainer will lead the group outdoors and offer different exercise options.
After the session, participants are welcome to come back to the Centre for a cuppa with room for the children to play.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi and Qigong exercise is a gentle but powerful system of movements and postures. It helps to improve vitality, health and relieve stress and fatigue. It also assists in improving balance and concentration. Suitable for all ages.

Fitness with Shelley
This class will help you reach your goals of: better diabetes control, increased muscle strength and tone, a healthier weight, stronger bones, improved flexibility, balance and posture, improved mood and increased energy.

Pilates
Pilates is a wonderful corrective and strengthening exercise focusing on your core making your body feel stretched, relaxed and invigorated beginners/intermediate/advanced – all welcome.

Boogie Bounce
Boogie Bounce is a complete exercise program on a mini trampoline, with a safety T-Bar handle. Boogie Bounce delivers a full body cardio workout that is suitable for everyone, all ages, shapes, sizes and skill level.
