CHILDREN'S WEEK 2023
Children's Week is a national celebration that recognises the talents, skills, achievements and rights of children. It will run from Saturday 21 October to Sunday 29 October 2023, with thousands of Victorian children taking part in the festivities.
The theme for Children's Week 2023 is "Children have the right to relax, play and to take part in activities they enjoy" based on Article 31 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.
To celebrate Children's Week, Chelsea Heights Community Centre is hosting two free, playful and engaging Children's Circus Workshops.

FREE CHILDREN'S CIRCUS WORKSHOPS
Be introduced to some fun, exciting and challenging circus skills with Anthony from The French Circus School.
Your child will have fun learning some tricks including:
Juggling
Balancing
Gymnastics Skills
And a few French words along the way!
(Our usual Wednesday morning playgroup will not run on this day).
WORKSHOP 1
Wednesday 25th October
10:00am - 10:45am for ages 2 to 4 years old

The French Circus School offers after-school circus classes and school/kindy incursions in Melbourne and Melbourne suburbs.
Anthony, the founder, is a circus and sports teacher passionate about his work, coming from the north of France where he has offered circus and sports activities since 2008.
Anthony founded the French Circus School in Melbourne in 2020, to bring his passion to Australia and offer interesting and fun programs to children.
Each class offers a variety of activities, so every child will find something they love..
